- How long does it take for my order to arrive?
This mainly depends on our shipping service provider. All immediately available items are usually shipped the next working day. We will ship items that are not in stock as soon as we receive them. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us at any time.
- How can I track my order?
As soon as the item has been shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation including the tracking number. It can happen that the tracking number is only active after 24 hours.
- Can I pre-order products if they are not available?
Yes. As a small shop, it can happen that some items are sold out for a short time. These items can easily be pre-ordered. We will inform you promptly about a shipping date. As a rule, sold-out products can be delivered again after two weeks at the latest.
- Can I order unlisted products?
We are trying to gradually expand our selection. Until then, it is of course possible to inquire about any product using the contact form.
